We recently changed our policy to allow for registration refunds for people whose pet cat or dog has died or surrendered.
- You may be eligible for a full refund if your pet has died or been surrendered by the 30th June of the current registration year
- A 50% refund will be provided if your pet has died or been surrendered between the 30th June and 10th October of the current registration year.
