Holden Hill Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help locate missing man Jason Christensen from the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, according to SA Police.
Mr Christensen is 45-years-old and described as about 180cms with a stocky build, bald with a goatee beard and wearing a grey top and jeans.
Mr Christensen who suffers from a medical condition was last seen at about 4pm today, with family and police have concerns for his health and welfare.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the police assistance line on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 18000 333 000.
