Raymond Palmer, 84, left a Yeppoon residence around 11am today with police appealing for public assistance to help locate him as he has a medical condition that can cause confusion and disorientation, Queensland Police say.
Mr Palmer drove away from a Figtree Street, Yeppoon residence in a silver blue 2015 Suzuki Swift with Queensland registration 332 VPD (similar to the one pictured).
It is unknown where Mr Palmer may travel to, however he does like the beach.
He is described as Caucasian, with a proportionate to solid build, grey hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing denim shorts, a blue checked short sleeved shirt, brown boots and a grey hat with a bullseye on the front.
Police hold concerns for his safety and wellbeing and anyone who may have seen the vehicle, or has any information in relation to his current whereabouts is urged to call Policelink on 131 444.
