Have your say on NSW Wild Dog Fence Extension project

Whether you're a landholder in Western NSW or a member of any group interested in the impacts of wild dogs, the NSW Wild Dog Fence Extension project want to hear from you during their community consultation period.

In December, a number of face-to-face community drop-in sessions and online meetings will be held to gather feedback, ideas, concerns and suggestions about the project to inform the development of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

The project team is keen to get a broad range of input and everyone with an interest in the project, such as environmental groups, is encouraged to have their say.

All feedback will be considered in the development phase of the project's EIS which will be lodged with the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment who will then publicly display the documents for further community and stakeholder feedback.

Community information drop in sessions will be held in Broken Hill, Anabranch, Bourke and Lightning Ridge in the first half of December, along with a number of online sessions. Additionally, feedback can be provided to the project team via phone and email.
