Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Haylee Kiro.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrant for driving related matters.
Haylee is described as 170cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion and black hair.
She is known to frequent the Preston, Heidelberg and Noble Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Haylee in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
