Hearings focus on disaster management

The Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements will hear from former Australian state and territory fire, rescue, and emergency chiefs as well as representatives from the forestry industry when hearings resume on Monday, 6 July 2020.

Over five days, the Royal Commission will also inquire into land-use planning; assurance and accountability mechanisms; and recovery arrangements.

The witness list for Monday 6 July and Tuesday 7 July 2020 is available online.

Transcripts and exhibits are published on the Commission's website and hearings will be live streamed daily from 10:00am.
