The draft Policy outlines the policy and procedures for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for Councillors and members of Delegated Committees.
It also provides guidance on:
- entitlements
- provision of resources, facilities and support
- process for reimbursement
- reporting, monitoring, evaluation and review requirements.
