The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (the Court) is seeking public assistance to help locate 8 year-old child, Kealin Paul John Francisco , born 17 December 2016.
Kealin has a fair complexion with freckles, and ginger coloured hair which is mid-length top with short back and sides. He has blue coloured eyes and is approximately 120 cm tall with a slim build.
Kealin is believed to be with his mother, Maddison Isabell Veronica Paige Kent , born 22 September 2000. Maddison is approximately 150cm tall and has dark brown/black hair.
Maddison has a tattoo on her collarbone, and a tattoo on her arm of an eternity symbol with an arrow through it.
They are possibly in or around Ipswich, or Goodna, in South-East Queensland, travelling in a silver Ssangyong 2013 van.
The Court made a Recovery Order on 3 October 2025 authorising the Australian Federal Police and State and Territory police forces to find and recover Kealin, and to place him in the care of his father.
