Highett mobile phone theft

Police are hoping to identify a man following the theft of a mobile phone in Highett during late June.

Investigators have been told a man walked into a medical clinic on Highett Road at 9.50am on 25 June.

The man has walked behind the unattended reception counter and took a mobile phone before leaving the premises.

The offender is Caucasian in appearance, aged in his 30s or 40s, slim build and average height.

Police have released an image of a man who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
