A man has been winched to safety after slipping about 50m down Mt Sugarloaf in Taggerty yesterday.
Emergency services, including Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Country Fire Authority and State Emergency Service personnel, attended the man's location near Cerberus Road on Sunday 29 July around midday.
It is understood the man was bushwalking alone when he slipped off the track.
He was stuck on a rock face and unable to climb up or down.
Air Wing were able to winch the 24-year-old man to safety about 2pm.
The Oak Park man was not injured during the incident.
