A 30 year old Kings Meadows man has been charged with murder. Police will allege that he deliberately and intentionally ran over a man with his vehicle at about 11am on Friday 9 March 2018. The incident occurred at the intersection of Burrows and Knox Streets in Prospect, Tasmania Police say.
The deceased man died at the scene, despite witnesses attempting first aid.
Police would like to thank the members of public for their assistance during the investigation.
The man will appear in court on Saturday evening.
