Police are appealing for information following a hit and run traffic crash in Southport, 27 August.
Around 12.10pm, a white utility collided with a silver Kymco motorcycle at the intersection of Ferry Road and Pinter Drive.
The driver failed to remain at the scene and render assistance.
The rider of the Kymco motorcycle, a 55-year-old man from Riverstone, has been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are appealing to the driver, any witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dash cam footage to contact police.
Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) investigation is ongoing.
