Brisbane City Council wishes to advise of road closures associated with the HMAS Brisbane Freedom of Entry march on Saturday 6 April 2019.
The parade will commence and end in King George Square with road closures as follows:
- 10:15am - 11:00am
- Edward Street between Adelaide Street and Turbot Street, Ann Street between George Street and Creek Street and Burnett Lane
- 10:15am - 11:30am
- Adelaide Street between George Street and Edward Street, Albert Street between Ann Street and Wickham Terrace
It is anticipated that there will be moderate traffic congestion and delays. Police and traffic controllers will be in place to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians.
Buses will continue regular services during this time with detours in place.
