Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Holly Scammell.
A warrant has been issued for the 38-year-old for drug related offences.
Scammell is described as 166cm tall, medium build, hazel eyes and shoulder length brown hair.
She is known to frequent the Lilydale, Croydon and Ringwood areas.
Investigators have released an image of Scammell in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
