Home invasion in Rosehill

Three men have been arrested following a home invasion in Sydney’s west overnight, NSW Police say.

Just after 11.15pm today, emergency services were called to a unit block on Weston Street, Rosehill, following reports of a home invasion.

Police have been told three men forced entry to a unit and assaulted the occupant, a 24-year-old man.

A woman fled the unit and was uninjured.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before he was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition. His injuries are not considered life threatening.

Officers from Rosehill and Parramatta Local Area Command’s attended and arrested three men, aged 22, 26, and 27.

The trio were taken to Parramatta Police Station where they are assisting police with their inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and inquiries continue.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact police via Crime Stoppers.
