Police have established a homicide investigation following the suspicious death of a man in his 40s in Torquay this afternoon, 9 October.
Emergency services were called to a Torquay Terrace address around 2.37pm following reports of a disturbance.
A man was found conscious but was soon after declared deceased at the scene.
Three crime scenes have been declared in the area as investigations into the circumstances of his death continue.
A number of people are assisting police with their enquiries.
There is no ongoing threat to public safety.
