Homicide investigation, Bracken Ridge

Police have commenced a homicide investigation following the death of a man in Bracken Ridge overnight.

Officers were called to a residence on Wobur Street at 12.30pm today (January 31) after a 39-year-old man was located deceased inside by a relative.

His death is being considered suspicious.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have information in relation to the man's death, or who may have seen anything suspicious in the vicinity of Wobur Street between 11pm last night and midday today to come forward.

Detectives are continuing to make their inquiries.
