An homicide investigation has been launched after a woman was located deceased at Kallangur this afternoon (March 9).
Emergency services were called at approximately 12.50pm to a disturbance, where a woman in her 50s was located deceased.
The property has been declared a crime scene, with an investigation under way into the circumstances surrounding her death, which is being treated as suspicious.
A 36-year-old man is assisting police with enquiries.
Investigations are ongoing.
