Homicide Squad charge teenager after Kilsyth death

Homicide Squad detectives have today charged a teenage boy following the death of Antonio 'Tony' Salaris in Kilsyth in August.

The 17-year-old male was arrested by Homicide Squad investigators this morning.

He has since been charged with one count of murder.

The teen faced an out of sessions court hearing this evening and was remanded to appear at a children's court tomorrow.

The charge follows an incident ?on 21 August where the 73-year-old victim was located deceased near his property on Browning Street, Kilsyth.
