Hotel robbery at Brompton, South Australia

Police are investigating a robbery at a Brompton hotel last night.

Just before 10.30pm on Sunday 1 September, a man carrying a knife entered the gaming room of the hotel on First Street, grabbed the till drawer, pushed past a staff member and left the hotel.

Fortunately, no one was physically injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as about 164cm tall wearing a balaclava and a black hooded jumper.

Police searched the area but didn't locate the suspect.

Western District detectives and Crime scene investigators attended and examined the scene.
