A house has been damaged by a fire at Enfield this morning, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to The Parade shortly after 3am tomorrow, responding to reports a house was alight.
Fire & Rescue NSW fire-fighters extinguished the blaze; however, part of the house has sustained extensive damage.
A neighbouring property was evacuated as a precaution.
The fire is being treated as suspicious until the cause is determined.
Police from Burwood Local Area Command are investigating, and appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
