Police are investigating a house fire at Waterford West this morning, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary information indicates that around 7.30am, a fire started in a bedroom on the upper storey of a highset dwelling on Waters Street.
The fire spread quickly and caused significant structural damage to the home.
All occupants managed to evacuate the residence, unharmed.
A crime-scene has now been established and police are working to determine a cause.
