Police are currently at the scene of a house fire in Werribee this morning, Victoria Police say.
Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit detectives were on patrol when they saw flames coming from a window at the front of a house on Fisher Court just after midnight.
Police assisted two men, a woman and their dog from the property and emergency services were called.
A 49-year-old man received non-life threatening burns to his face and was taken to hospital with a 48-year-old man for observation.
A 46-year-old woman and the dog were not injured.
The fire caused extensive damage to the property and is being treated as non-suspicious.
Fire investigators will attend the scene tomorrow to determine the cause of the fire.
