Three people have been hospitalised after a house fire in Marsfield this afternoon, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to a home on Zanco Road, just after 4pm (Wednesday 28 March 2018), after reports of a house fire.
The house was found well alight, with firefighters working to extinguish the blaze.
Four occupants’ self-evacuated from the home and were treated by paramedics.
A man and woman suffered serious burns and were taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
A nine-year-old girl has also been hospitalised with minor injuries.
A man, aged in his 20s, was uninjured.
A crime scene has been established which will be examined by forensic specialists.
The cause of the fire is yet be determined.
