A 72-year-old man has been charged following investigations into the alleged indecent treatment of children on the Sunshine Coast and Morayfield between 2009 and 2011, Queensland Police say.
It will be alleged the man committed the offences over a period of time against two boys who were known to him.
The man has been charged with five counts each of rape and indecent treatment of a child under 16, three counts of indecent treatment of a child under 12 and one count of attempted rape.
He is due to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on January 24, 2017.
