The boy is with Amy Williams, who is known to him, and they left the area on foot.
The boy is described as 3-years-old, Caucasian, blonde curly hair and blue eyes.
Amy Williams is described as 30-years-old, slim build, blue eyes long blonde hair with pink highlights.
