Inquiries continue after service station robbery in Granville

Police are appealing for information after a service station was robbed in western Sydney this morning, NSW Police say.

About 6.10am emergency services were called to a service station on Blaxcell Street near the intersection of Celia Street, Granville.

Police from Rosehill Local Area Command were told two men entered the service station and ran behind the counter.

One of them grabbed the cash register. The pair have fled and were seen driving away in a stolen 2013 black Toyota Corolla with NSW registration plates COF 10Z

No weapons were sighted during the robbery and there were no reports of injury

Anyone who sights the car should not approach it and contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
