Inquiries continue into armed robbery in South Windsor

Inquiries continue following an armed robbery in South Windsor early this morning, NSW Police say.

Just before 3.15am today, two men armed with machetes forced entry to a business on George Street.

Police have been told the employee, a 21-year-old man, was threatened before the men took cash and cigarettes, and fled the scene.

The man was uninjured.

Officers from Hawkesbury Local Area Command were notified of the incident and commenced investigations.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers.
