Interest Sought for Old Henderson Park Building Use

Port Stephen

Port Stephens Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community groups for the use of the former Henderson Park amenities building in Lemon Tree Passage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for local organisations to provide goods, services, and facilities that benefit the community, aligning with purposes such as public recreation and the physical, cultural, social, and intellectual welfare or development of individuals.

Under section 46 of the Local Government Act 1993, interested parties are invited to submit a completed EOI form, along with the requested documentation.

Submissions must be made to the General Manager, Port Stephens Council, 116 Adelaide Street, Raymond Terrace, by Sunday 24 August 2025.

Under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, the submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the EOI period is closed, Port Stephens Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue.
