Bass Coast Shire Council is set to host the long running Invest Bass Coast Forum on Friday 24 April at RACV Inverloch Resort, bringing together developers, investors and business leaders to explore current market conditions and emerging opportunities across the region.
Bass Coast continues to experience steady growth across residential, commercial and tourism sectors, underpinned by population growth, major infrastructure projects and increasing private investment interest.
The Invest Bass Coast Forum will provide a practical overview of the region's economic landscape, development pipeline and Council's investment priorities. Attendees will gain valuable insights into market trends, regional performance and the broader economic outlook shaping future growth.
A highlight of the event will be keynote speaker David Robertson, Head of Economics and Market Research at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. A respected voice on national and regional economic trends, David will share insights into Australia's economic outlook and what it means for regional communities like Bass Coast.
Bass Coast Mayor, Cr Rochelle Halstead said the Forum reflects Council's commitment to supporting informed, sustainable investment across Bass Coast.
"Bass Coast is a region of opportunity. With major projects underway and strong demand across key sectors, this forum provides an important platform to connect investors and industry leaders with the information they need to make confident decisions."
The forum is designed for:

The Invest Bass Coast Forum forms part of Council's broader economic development program, which focuses on facilitating investment, supporting local business growth and strengthening the region's long-term economic resilience.
