Police are investigating after a woman attended hospital with a gunshot wound in Sydney’s west, NSW Police say.
About 1.20am (Sunday 11 November 2018), a 19-year-old woman attended Mt Druitt Hospital with a gunshot wound to her left foot.
Police from Mt Druitt Police Area Command were contacted and attended the hospital.
Inquiries suggest the shooting occurred at a premises on Hythe Street, Mt Druitt.
Officers attended the address and established a crime scene, which is being examined.
No arrests have yet been made. Inquiries continue.
