Investigators make multiple arrests during Noble Park drug bust

Members of the Dandenong Divisional Response Unit, assisted by the Dandenong Frontline Tactical Unit and Dandenong Family Violence Unit, arrested eight men and a woman following the execution of two search warrants at Noble Park this morning, Victoria Police say.

Police executed the warrants at two homes, next door to each other, in the same street about 5am.

During the search of the two houses and a bungalow, at the rear of one of the properties, investigators uncovered what is alleged to be quantities of the drug ice and cannabis.

The alleged drugs were seized along with what is also alleged to be a number of stolen IDs.

A 39-year-old Noble Park man has been bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 2 May charged with possess cannabis, cultivate cannabis, two counts of possess imitation firearm and 10 counts of possess prescription medication.

A 34-year-old Springvale South, 34-year-old Noble Park woman, 23-year-old Noble Park man and a 23-year-old Dandenong North man have all been released pending further enquiries.

A 30-year-old Noble Park man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

Two Springvale men aged 35 and 34-years-old were arrested on outstanding warrants and will appear at court at a later date charged with fail to answer bail.
