Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jamie Hooper.
The 41-year-old is wanted on warrant for outstanding drug trafficking matters.
Hooper is known to frequent the Melbourne, Carlton, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Wallan and Wodonga areas.
Investigators have released an image of Hooper in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is about 178cm tall with short dark hair.
