Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jemma Pitman.
The 28-year-old Heidelberg West woman is wanted on a warrant for burglary.
Pitman, who sometimes uses the surname of Bennett, is known to frequent the Heidelberg, Northcote and Ivanhoe areas.
Investigators have released an image of Pitman in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as being 168cm tall, with a medium build, green eyes and brown hair which may be currently dyed maroon.
