Jewellery store robbery at Coffs Harbour

Police are appealing for public assistance following a robbery at a Coffs Harbour business.

About 2.25am yesterday (Monday 1 March 2021), four people – two armed with an axe and a mattock – forced entry to a jewellery store on Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour, where they stole several items before fleeing the scene.

It's understood the estimated value of the stolen items is up to $25,000.

Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District attended a short time later and established a crime scene.

As investigations continue, anyone who may have dashcam footage from the surrounding area between 2am and 3am or who may have CCTV nearby is urged to contact Coffs Harbour Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
