Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joshua Dann.
The 25-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to drug-trafficking offences.
Dann is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 190cm tall with a slim build.
He is known to frequent the Shepparton, Mooroopna and Tatura areas.
Investigators have released an image of Dann in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
