Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joshua Freeman, Victoria Police say.
Warrant has been issued for the 25-year-old’s arrest for matters relating to theft, drug possession, driving offences, and failing to answer bail.
Freeman is described as being 180cm tall, with a thin build, blue eyes and medium length brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Narre Warren, Carrum Downs and Frankston areas.
Police have released an image of Freeman in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
