Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Moe man Joshua Hoy.
A warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old in relation to criminal damage.
Police believe Hoy could be frequenting the Moe, Warragul and Frankston areas.
He is perceived to be of Aboriginal in appearance, 180cm tall with a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair.
Investigators have released an image of Hoy in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
