Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 35-year-old Juan Angel.
Angel is wanted on four outstanding warrants in relation to theft.
Police have released an image of Angel in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He was last known to frequent the Melton, Burnside and St Albans areas.
