Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Broadmeadows man Justin Devine.
A number of warrants have been issued for the 21-year-old's arrest in relation to theft of vehicle, theft from motor vehicle, theft and reckless conduct-related offences.
Police have released an image of Devine in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is known to frequent suburbs within Melbourne's north and northwest, including areas within the Hume, Whittlesea and Darebin municipalities.
