Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Katlin Gazzara.
A warrant has been issued for the 32-year-old's arrest.
He is described as having a medium build with black hair and brown eyes and has a number of tattoos including two skulls on his left and right forearms.
Gazzara is known to frequent the Seymour and Kilmore areas.
Police have released an image of Gazzara in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
