Learner-driver and driver-supervisor charged with drink-driving in Sydney's south-west

A learner-driver and his driving-supervisor have been charged with drink-driving in Sydney’s south-west, NSW Police say.

About 10pm yesterday (Wednesday 7 November 2018), police from the Traffic & Highway Patrol Command stopped a Ford Territory on Blaxland Road, Blair Athol, for a random breath test.

The learner driver, a 34-year-old man, and the learner driver supervisor, a 31-year-old woman, returned a positive roadside breath test.

The man returned a breath analysis reading of 0.027 and the woman returned an alleged reading of 0.110.

The pair were issued a Field Court Attendance Notice charged with drink-driving and due to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Tuesday 4 December 2018.
