Works to excavate and clean up the Lemon Springs illegal waste dump site continue with important infrastructure such as work huts, a triage structure and access roads established and detailed testing being conducted by clean up contractor EnviroPacific Services.
In late March Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) announced it had charged Graham Leslie White, owner of the site, with 118 offences under the Environment Protection Act 1970.
