Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Liam Garner.
The 35-year-old has two outstanding warrants for criminal damage and failing to appear at court.
Garner is described as 180cm tall, with a medium build, dark brown hair and brown eyes. He also has distinctive tattoos on his right arm.
He is known to frequent the Port Phillip or Stonnington areas.
Investigators have released an image of Garner in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
