Everyone has played it at some stage and Toowoomba Region youngsters are urged to limber up to test their skills at the second Australian venue to host a modern take on chasey.
World Chase Tag™, a fresh version of the classic chasey game, has been added to the long list of activities provided by Toowoomba Regional Council's award-winning CHANGE Project.
TRC Parks and Recreation Services portfolio leader Cr Joe Ramia said the new game was suitable for five to 12-year-olds.
"World Chase Tag™ will be offered from 9am on the first Saturday of each month, starting on May 4, at Toowoomba's Queens Park near the corner of Lindsay and Margaret streets," Cr Ramia said.
"Toowoomba is fortunate to be one of two Australian venues to offer an updated version of the classic game.
