The Links Shell Cove has been named a finalist in the 2025 IMB Bank Illawarra Business Awards in the Outstanding Visitor Experience category.

The annual awards celebrate the best in local business, recognising hard work, creativity and positive impact in the Illawarra. Being a finalist highlights The Links' commitment to creating memorable and affordable experiences for locals and visitors.
In 2024, The Links achieved a record 61,341 rounds of golf, hosted 85 corporate golf days including charity events, sports teams and business activities, and welcomed the Jack Newton Junior Golf Illawarra Masters for the fourth year in a row.
The Links offers a wide range of activities for all ages. These include a championship golf course, mini golf, a practice range with Toptracer technology, a pro shop, restaurant, cafe and bottle shop.
Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer said The Links is an important part of the City's visitor attractions.
"The Links is a place where people can play, dine and unwind," Mayor Homer said.
"It's a friendly environment that welcomes families, golfers and visitors from all over. This recognition is well deserved by the whole team, from the greenkeepers to the hospitality staff and everyone in between, who work hard to make every visit a great one."
The Links hosts regular events such as trivia nights, live music and food specials, along with monthly family activities including farmyards and face painting.
