A 33-year-old woman reported missing in Southport on April 19 has been located safe and well, Queensland Police say.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 33-year-old woman reported missing from Southport.
he woman was last seen leaving a Southport medical facility around 2pm on Wednesday April 19.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
She is described as Caucasian in appearance, 163cm tall with a proportionate build and long dark hair.
She was last seen wearing a short fitted black dress and white sneakers.
