Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Luke Palmer who is missing from Frankston.
The 32-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Frankston on Monday 16 December about 5.15pm.
Police and family hold concerns Luke's welfare due to the length of time that Luke has been missing.
Luke is known to frequent Frankston and Karingal.
An image of Luke has been released in the hope someone can provide information on Luke's current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Luke is urged to call Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
