Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Luke Rayner, Victoria Police say.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear on bail.
He is described Caucasian in appearance, 185cm tall with a solid build, black hair and tattoos on his neck.
Rayner is known to frequent the Bendigo and Sheppaerton areas.
Police have released an image of Rayner in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Rayner is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
