Luxury Retail Group partners with Mulberry in Australia

The Emporium store is currently under construction and will open in July this year. The 244 m2 corner site will use a brand-new flagship store design concept. The new store design lead by Creative Director, Johnny Coca, showcases Mulberry’s strong British style and sensibility heightening the customer experience. The Emporium will be one of the first global stores to unveil the new concept.

The Mulberry partnership caps off a very successful period of growth for LRG. The luxury focused group successfully brought Furla to the Australian market growing it to a 19-store foot print in 4 years, with 59% growth in 2017. Further, they were entrusted by Kering Group to launch and manage the retail network for Balenciaga and they own and operate the innovative and globally acclaimed Sneakerboy business.

As part of the deal, Mulberry will exit its existing store at Westfield Sydney.
